universal studios, singapore! . part 2

holycrap! i'm in such a singapore state of mind, it's like i'm working for their tourism board! well, this is part two of my singapore sprint blogpost.

i should add that i'm planning a trip to singapore again for the harry potter exhibition. and by the time you read this, i would be back in KL :) yeah, thats how we roll!

back to the blogpost. i had a fantastic time there y'all! yes, it was hot. yes, it was humid. by the midday, my niece and my hair which was styled in waves earlier, looked like full blown tumbleweed due to the humidity. awesome!

the best ride there i thought was the transformers ride, madagascar ride and jurassic park. we were on a circular boat type thing for the jurassic park. and each quarter sits 3 people. so my little niece was paired up with this young couple. by end of the ride, i saw her clutching on to the lady next to her! godbless that lady likes children, even shrieking wet ones! lol

singapore sprint . part 1

hiya luvs!

so the sis and i decided to treat the babes to quick trip down south to singapore. 3 days and 2 nights to be exact. a whole day was allocated for family fun time at universal studios, singapore.

on arrival in singapore, we got a cab and dumped the bags at the hotel, and walked out on to orchard road. we grabbed a quick lunch at an indonesian restaurant, tambuah mas. their fried egg tofu and fried baby squid were to die for!

we did our rounds at the shops and made a pitstop at sephora. my little niece took a liking to all the colours and headed straight to the samples (just like her aunt lol) while lil bro managed to spare a few minutes browsing with her, he preferred the makeover chair for a rest better :)

after a few hours of walking round, we decided to get some hot chocolate and cake at the new york dessert cafe mmmmmmmm....

quickfix at 36

hiya luvs!

i turned 36 yesterday. i got to have a lovely dinner with my girlfriends and karaoke'd (my most favourite past time!) it was one of those times when i just wanted to dress all girly and hang around with my girlfriends and be fabulous lol! i also wanted to have my favourite chocolate hazelnut tart for my birthday which was lovingly made by my darling neighbour ina. i told my girlfriends the theme was 'show some skin'.

my other girlfriend, weween, (who incidentally gave birth around 2 weeks ago) dug up one of her scooped-neckline dress and said now she can fill them nicely lol i.e. heaving boobies!

moon, my 'pillar of strength, drove all the way from johor which is about 4 hours away. tired and super busy she may be, she still managed to come looking the gorgeous minx she is!
