eating easter

hiya luvs,

happy belated easter! i was busy with a few projects that kept me away from updating my blog. also was in charge of my littlest nephews' birthday party. i had only 2 weeks notice, i know that may be a lot to some but not me lol.

well, let me update you with some family pictures of our easter lunch. i swear i was in a food coma that day. first, i brought my littlest niece and nephew to a friend sons' birthday in the morning and we gorged on cupcakes, chocolate mousse with rainbow sprinkles, tomato and mushroom bruschetta, spicy tuna pasta, mini burgers... and the list goes on. after that i went for the family easter buffet lunch. i was craving for some salmon lately and the spread was everything salmon! i had salmon, with a side of salmon lol i totally pigged out! i didn't have time to take pictures of the food - d'oh!

hiya luvs,

so i spent my valentines day with my best mate vincent, going around the city and taking pictures of buildings. it's part of his project and he wanted some company. we had a great time playing 'tourists' up the petronas twin towers. its funny how i spend probably 3-5 times a week in klcc (mall at the base of the towers) but hardly ever realize what an extraordinary super-engineered wonder structure above my head!

i'm glad i was persuaded to go. the view was breathtaking. everything looked so tiny and toy-like from up there. kinda made me feel how little we all are, how short life is and how every moment should be enjoyed.

hi luvs,

never a day goes by when we need help from someone. a parent, a sibling, a neighbour, a friend; even a stranger too can be of help at anytime. and you too could give help when needed. sometimes you need to hear a different view, a listening ear, or maybe a shoulder to lean on, we all need each other for a little support. i read this a long time ago and eventhough it's corny, it does ring true:- a good friend is like a good bra; supportive and close to your heart :D

hiya luvs!

it's been awhile since i coloured my hair other than black or dark brown. i used to have vivid hues but i got tired of it. also the appearance of grey hairs made me want to cover them up immediately to cheat time!

this year, i craved for something different. i wanted a warm shade. a brown, red, ginger and blonde mix -a bsolutely no black! lol after bleaching some bits to a brassy burnt orange, i added 3 different colours and voila! the new hair came to existence :)

i'm having a bit of fun adjusting my makeup and clothes with this new look. loving the change.
